    Anytime Cake
    Mary Jane Smith McAllister
    2 C. Sugar
    2 Eggs
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 Can Crushed Pineapples (do not drain)
    2 C. Flour
    1 tsp. Soda
    1 C. Walnuts

    Icing:
    1 Stick Oleo
    1 ½ Confectioners’ Sugar
    8 oz. Cream Cheese
    1 tsp. Vanilla


    Preheat oven to 350°F, and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.

    Mix ingredients and bake in preheated oven. After cooled, ice.
