    Jam Muffins Header
    ½ C. Butter
    2 Eggs
    1 tsp. Soda
    1 tsp. Cinnamon
    ¼ tsp. Nutmeg
    4 C. Grated Apples
    2 C. Sugar
    2 C. Flour
    ½ tsp. Salt
    ½ tsp. Cloves
    1 C. Pecans


    Cream together butter, sugar and eggs. Add sifted mixture to creamed mixture alternately with 4 cups grated apples. Add pecans and bake in tube pan.

    ICING: Mix icing ingredients together and ice warm cake.

     Icing:

     1-8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese
    ¾ to 1 Stick Butter
    1 C. Pecans
    1 Box Confectioners’ Sugar
    2 tsp. Vanilla

    And bake at 350°F for 60 minutes.
