Pineapple Orange Cake

1 Box of Yellow Cake Mix
½ C. Oil
4 Eggs
1 Small Can Mandarin Oranges with Juice


Mix all ingredients, beating on high speed of mixer for 2 minutes. Bake greased and floured pans in preheated oven. Cool and spread with frosting made by mixing pineapple with dry pudding (1 large or 2 small boxes of instant pudding). Fold in whipped topping.

3 Layer Pans.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Frosting:
1 Large pkg. instant Vanilla Pudding
1-8 oz. Whipped Topping (container)
1-20 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple with Juice
