2½ C. Flour 1 tsp. Salt 2/3 C. Crisco ½ tsp. Cloves ½ tsp. Allspice 1 tsp. Cinnamon 2/3 C. Milk (1st addition) ½ tsp. Nutmeg 1/3 C. Molasses 1¼ C. Sugar 2 ½ tsp. Baking Powder ½ tsp. Soda 3 Eggs ½ C. Milk (2nd addition) Measure the first 10 ingredients into a mixing bowl. Beat for 2 minutes. Add last 4 ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 2 wax paper lined pans and bake.
