Swiss Steak Recipes - Opal Louise Alexander Kirker

2 lbs. Round Steak
1 tsp. Salt
1 Onion Sliced
1 Tbsp. Shortening
¼ tsp. Pepper
1 Can Mushroom Soup

Pound steak & brown well and season. Top with onion slices and pour soup over all. Bake.

Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
