    Pumpkin Bread
    Carolyn Joyce Smith Newkirk
    Carolyn Joyce Smith Newkirk 3½ C. Flour
    3 C. Sugar
    2 tsp. Soda
    ¾ tsp. Salt
    ½ tsp. Cinnamon
    1 tsp. Nutmeg
    1 C. Walnuts
    2 C. Pumpkin
    1 C. Cooking Oil
    4 Eggs

    Mix all ingredients and stir until smooth and well mixed. Then pour in Loaf Pan. And bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
