Rhubarb Pie Header
1 C. Sugar
3 Tbsp. Flour
1 Egg (beaten)
2 C. Rhubarb (sliced)

Sift sugar and flour together. Combine with egg and rhubarb. Put in an unbaked pie crust and add top crust. Bake until crust browns.

8” or 9” pie pan.

Bake at 400°F for 35 minutes.
